By scheduling service with B&S Utilities, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. All estimates provided over the phone, by text, email, or online are considered preliminary price ranges based only on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may increase or decrease once the property, vehicle, or items to be serviced are inspected in person. Changes in pricing may occur if the actual size, condition, accessibility, level of buildup, or amount of material differs from what was originally described. B&S Utilities will communicate any pricing adjustments before work begins.
A $50 same-day cancellation fee will apply to any appointment canceled on the scheduled service date. This fee helps cover travel time, scheduling losses, and reserved labor. Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. B&S Utilities reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, utilities are unavailable, or the work requested could cause damage to delicate surfaces or surrounding property. While every effort is made to clean safely and professionally, B&S Utilities is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, oxidized surfaces, weakened seals, cracked glass, improperly installed fixtures, or hidden defects that may become visible during or after cleaning.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing before the appointment. By accepting service, the customer acknowledges that certain stains, discoloration, oxidation, and permanent damage may not be fully removable. For junk removal services, customers confirm they have legal ownership or authorization to dispose of all items being removed. For auto detailing, customers are responsible for removing valuables before service begins. B&S Utilities reserves the right to photograph completed work for quality documentation and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before service. By booking any service, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
